Youngblood Lip Liner Pencils define and fill in the lips to enhance the performance of Youngblood Lipsticks. Apply any Youngblood Lip Liner and finish off with your favorite Lip Shine. Line your lips with your favorite natural shade of lip liner. Use small strokes from the outer corner of your mouth, avoiding a hard line. Apply your favorite Youngblood lipstick in the entire lip area. Or, line your lips as above and fill in your lips completely with the lip liner and blend. Finish the look with a lipstick for long-lasting wear. After lining and filling your lips with the lip liner, add your favorite Lip Shine for a natural, healthy look!
