Use to make your skin look smoother, draw attention away from dark circles, and diffuse tiny lines. Also use as a base for further enhancing the performance of eyeshadows, and to accentuate the lips and give them a pouty appearance. Using your ring finger or Youngblood Lip/Eye brush, apply a small amount of Concealer to dark circles. Blend Concealer well. Apply rice setting powder to increase performance. Use a Lip/Eye Brush to apply Concealer to the entire eyelid area as a base for the eyeshadow. To create a cream base eyeshadow, mix eyeshadows with the concealer before applying. With a Lip/Eye Brush, apply and blend concealer around the edges of the lips to give the appearance of a fuller lip.
